Time to Receive Orders

Hours of operation:

NeuroTek operates 8am-4pm MST, Monday - Friday and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. However, the actual delivery time may depend on how the product is shipped, if the product is back-ordered, if your order is placed during a holiday period, or due to weather conditions. We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery. Please note that choosing an Express shipping option such as FedEx 2-Day or Overnight does not affect processing time and same day shipping is not guaranteed.

Backorders

Despite our best efforts, items are sometimes out of stock. This occurs due to the unexpectedly high response to items offered on our website. Items in stock are usually shipped immediately; back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. If you cannot wait for a back-ordered item, call our Customer Service Department to determine if a product substitute or other option is available.

Error with an Order

Although all orders are thoroughly inspected before shipment, please check your package contents as soon as your receive your order to make sure there are no missing or incorrect items. All errors need to be reported to NeuroTek either by email or phone call within 30 days of receiving your package. 

Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and a 10% restocking fee may be charged (not to exceed $25). The item(s) you wish to return must be in new condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. An RMA authorization number needs to be obtained from the customer service department prior to sending your order back to us. Without this number we will not accept your package and it will be returned to you. You can also access our online return request form here and a customer service representative will contact about your return request.

Refused Delivery

If you change your mind about your order after it has been shipped out, you are able to refuse the delivery and it will be returned back to us. Please make sure to inform our customer service department that you are refusing delivery and would like to return your order. You will be expected to pay for all additional to and from shipping charges.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives at your house and it is damaged, you have two different options: If the driver is still present at the time of the delivery you can refuse it and contact us immediately about the delivery. We will then take care of the problem and resend our package out to you. If the driver is not present when you receive your package, please contact our customer service department. They will instruct you on what to do next.

Typographical Errors

NeuroTek makes every effort to ensure the website information is correct and up to date; however, typographical and technical errors sometimes occur. In the event of an error in the stated price of a product the company reserves the right to cancel the order or remove the item in question. If the item has been shipped, either the correct amount must be paid or the item must be returned.

Product Warranty

NeuroTek Corporation warrants this equipment to the original purchaser against defective material or workmanship during the warranty period from the date of purchase. The manufacturer's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective part or parts.

The warranty period:

90 days on components that connect with wires. This includes cables, wired pulsers, headphones and AC Adapters. Batteries are excluded from this warranty. One year on all other parts and components. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether the part or parts failed because of defective material, workmanship or other causes. Failure caused by accident, normal wear, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or improper packaging of returned units is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void when product is used by multiple therapists in a shared environment. Please be advised that if a product is returned for warranty service and no defects are found or the problem is due to a weak/dead battery or operator error a shop charge and return shipping costs may be charged.

All warranty repairs must be done by NeuroTek or a representative designated by NeuroTek. Any repair to the equipment other than by these authorized facilities voids this warranty. The rights under this warranty are limited to the original user and may not be transferred to subsequent owners.

To receive warranty service, you must first contact NeuroTek for a return authorization number. This number will be used for tracking your return. Send the complete unit, postage paid, to NeuroTek. Include a description of the problem you are having.
