NeuroTek Virtual EMDR is compatible with desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. Therapists and clients can join sessions on their preferred device, although the best visual bilateral stimulation experience is on larger screens.
The wireless pulsers can connect via Bluetooth to computers and select mobile devices. For optimal control and session management, we recommend pairing the pulsers with your computer first, then accessing the control interface in your mobile browser. This dual-access approach provides maximum flexibility during sessions.

Our service integrates seamlessly with whichever HIPAA-compliant video platform you're already using, including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SimplePractice and Doxy.me. Simply run NeuroTek Virtual EMDR in one browser window and your preferred video platform in another. You maintain complete control over your existing telehealth setup while adding powerful EMDR capabilities.
